It’s about exercise, a.k.a. a great way to get better at doing jump kicks/bring clarity and peace to your mind while flooding your body with precious, precious endorphins. Exercise won’t resolve what’s making you sad, unless you’re bummed about your vertical jump/leg-to-kick flexibility or something, but it will help you figure out solutions to what’s bothering you, plus burn off stress, plus create feelings of power/confidence/freedom, plus stoke your creativity, plus give you an excuse to eat ice cream later. It’s pretty much the best!
