Part 2 of our of continuity-laden tale. Check out part 1 right here.
I’m writing this post on a Saturday night, which is rare since I usually do everything at the last minute, i.e., the classic fingers-down-the-throat word-vomit 1 a.m. on Sunday night. I have some business to tend to on Sunday though (namely falling asleep on the couch with my girlfriend watching cable movies, i.e., the best thing ever), so I’d thought I’d try to knock this out tonight so I can write scripts for Dana tomorrow. Or I dunno, do my taxes or try and suck quarters from my apartment’s washing machine. You know, standard money-minded, responsible-adult stuff.
Speaking of adult stuff (how’s that for an A+ writing transition guys?), I found these old sketches on my computer that I had e-mailed myself a while ago. I can’t remember what I was trying to draw, but I feel like it was when I was writing all of our Halloween comics and also trying to come up with some new material featuring Mustache Dad. The result is some kind of evil dad Wolverine/Freddy Krueger.
Pretty awesome right? Tell me those aren’t the best-drawn legs you’ve ever seen? And those feet! I bet you can’t tell I have no formal drawing training.
A close-up on all that hotness. I don’t know what’s going on with his right hand either, but I think we can all agree that it’s anatomically correct.
