If you can remember that Halloween Simpsons where they all catch the inside-out virus at the end, and turn-inside out in a slightly-gross-yet cartoony way, I imagine it as something like that. Not too bloody or gory, but design it however you like." I've always loved that scene in the Simpsons. I can't decide if my favorite part is how Marge's skin stretches over her hair, or how their blood flys off their bodies as they chorus line.
