The best I can do is make an educated guess and say it's a mix of her tiny, nimble hands, an eyebrow-raising obsession with the Little Mermaid, and that time we dropped all that PCP together while watching Finding Nemo on Ice. @Jarreddo: Yeah, that's the one. The "red rain" was confusing too, it kind of only cirrcuitously tied in to the story. I should pick up Gotham by Gaslight, it's one of those Elsewords that people buzz about pretty frequently.
