The Snork reboot was received a little better than the planed Smurfs relaunch. It feature a plucky young orphan smurf who collected magical cards and had to battle against other smurfs in half-hour segements. There was an enchanted rat, a clumsy girl smurf, and a brash smurf with a New York accent that loved to eat. Also, everyone had huge eyes and was always either surprised or angry.
Creator Commentary:
This was actually a much older script that I wrote that Dana didn’t end up drawing until way later in the first batch of comics. I could never get the script quite right, but she really liked the ending, so here it is. I’m really not a fan of the big walls of text, and in hindsight I should have broken the comic up into at least twice as many panels.

I added your blog to Google Reader.
Thanks man/lady. I have no idea what Google reader is, but I can guess it’s some kind of content aggregator. That is a very kind thing for you to do.
